SQE1 taster workshop

With BPP

Apply to attend

The Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) regime is now in its fourth year. Despite multiple cohorts having sat and completed both SQE1 and SQE2 exams, the assessments remain a daunting prospect for aspiring solicitors.

Join us on the afternoon of Monday 17 March for a live, virtual taster workshop run in partnership with BPP University Law School, to help students get to grips with the regime’s first stage, SQE1.

The workshop, which will be hosted by BPP’s Head of Law and qualified solicitor, Hilary Chadwick, will provide you with an example of the significant added value of live teaching when preparing for SQE1. The session, which will start with a short introduction to a new area of law, will be followed by practice MCQs and an interactive analysis of your answers to give you a glimpse into what preparing for SQE1 is really like.

Following the taster session, there will be virtual networking with the BPP University Law School team for follow-up questions and further careers advice. We will also be joined by some of BPP’s current SQE students to share their first-hand experiences preparing for SQE1, and advice to those considering this route to qualification as a solicitor.

Apply to attend above. You’ll be asked to submit two questions for the speakers.
