The session is in partnership with Travers Smith and the theme is the firm’s international strategy, which is quite different to those of many other City firms.
Speakers from the firm will explain how elite global law firms work, giving examples from their respective practice areas. They will explore, in particular, the Travers Smith model of building carefully cultivated relationships with leading independent law firms around the world to provide a first-class, seamless service for clients, rather than physically opening up offices in different jurisdictions. This approach sees Travers Smith collaborate with over 150 firms worldwide.
