Pupillage application masterclass

With Gatehouse, Henderson, Landmark, Radcliffe Chambers and ULaw

Join us on the afternoon of Wednesday 24 January for a virtual pupillage application masterclass in partnership with The University of Law (ULaw).

We’ll be hearing from barristers from four leading chambers who successfully made their way through the hyper-competitive selection process to secure pupillage. The quartet — from leading sets Gatehouse, Henderson, Landmark and Radcliffe Chambers — will share their experiences and advice on how to navigate the process of securing pupillage, alongside Bev Dawes, head of the Bar Practice Course (BPC) at ULaw and a former barrister at KBW Chambers.

Also on the agenda will be commercial awareness, with the speakers considering some of the key topical issues that future barristers should have on their radar.

The speakers

• Victoria Dacie-Lombardo, barrister at Gatehouse Chambers
• Isha Shakir, barrister at Henderson Chambers
• Sophie Gibson, barrister at Landmark Chambers
• James Anson-Holland, current pupil at Radcliffe Chambers
• Bev Dawes, head of the Bar Practice Course (BPC) at ULaw and former barrister at KBW Chambers

The panel discussion will run from 4pm to 5pm, after which there will be virtual networking with the speakers, members of their chambers and pupillage committees, and ULaw campus ambassadors until 6pm.

Apply to attend above. You’ll be asked to submit two questions for the panel.
