Join us on Thursday 26 October for a series of in-person careers and commercial awareness workshops with Burges Salmon, RPC, TLT and The University of Law.
The event, which is free and open to all students, takes place from 4pm to 7pm at The University of Law's Bristol campus. Students will attend four workshops, each 30-minutes long, delivered by lawyers at the participating firms as well as a careers expert from ULaw. Midway through the event there is 40 minutes of networking with the firms' trainees and graduate recruitment teams over drinks and snacks.
Workshop themes
• TLT: Future Energy – Leading the way with TLT (delivered by Ellie-Nicole Davis, partner in the real estate team, associate in the future energy real estate team and Emily Huish, managing associate in the banking and finance team, specialising in clean energy)
• The University of Law: Applications Masterclass (delivered by Zoe King, campus dean for ULaw Bristol and Exeter)
• Medical malpractice and beyond at RPC (delivered by Alice Lacey, associate in the medical and life sciences team)
• Life as a corporate lawyer (delivered by Thomas Green, solicitor in the competition team)
